Cullybackey's Community Business Hub
Cullybackey Community Partnership owns and manages Maine Business Centre which offers a total of 13 units based on Main Street, Cullybackey. This includes eight offices, two retail units and three workshops. Rental income from Maine Business Centre is used to re-invest in our various community activities.
The Centre is a business hub for a variety of businesses and offers additional space for meetings and conferences, that can be booked on an hour by hour basis.

Tenants have access to shared toilet facilities and kitchen facilities both located on the first floor. In addition, there is onsite parking to the rear of the centre. The Centre is DDA compliant with lift access to all floors.

Community Space
The top floor of Maine Business Centre, known as the Steven Davis Suite, was redeveloped in 2020. This community space is used by a wide array of groups and organisations from around Cullybackey and beyond.
The space is used for training sessions, monthly board meetings, group meetings, workshops, classes, yoga, birthday parties, Christmas dinners, coffee mornings and much more.
The room includes AV – Screen, Speakers, Microphone and Lectern.
The top floor also has toilet and kitchen facilities.
